Bay Reach Homes had purchased and renovated his neighbor’s house, and he liked what he saw. Not wanting to incur the expense of selling his home on the market, he approached us for an off -market deal.

The homeowner and his wife were planning to move closer to their grandkids in Nebraska, but they didn’t want to take on the expense of selling a home on the market, such as closing costs and expensive inspections.

So he approached Bay Reach Homes about purchasing his home and was very satisfied with the financial outcome. He also felt confident that his family home would be well taken care of after he sold.

Bay Reach gave the house a total update, including all new systems. We changed the upstairs layout, added a new kitchen and bath, and decks for outdoor/indoor living. To add value to the home, we created an au pair unit below with its own bath and kitchenette. We also converted a garage into a family room/home office. The renovation resulted in a nice home for a family, with room for an au pair or rental.
